I was very sorry to hear of Ford’s recent passing. Ford and I met ten years ago at the Woodstock Nostagia Show where we both were vendors. We shared the same passion for collecting vintage antique toys and advertising collectibles. I enjoyed having many great conversations with Ford. I also learned a lot from him because of his experience and passion for collecting. My deepest condolences to his wife Anne and to his family .

Ford was a very good boyhood friend and I have many fond memories of our times together. We parted company after public school for many years, but met again after we both returned to the Ridgetown area. I always appreciated our conversations, because Ford was one of those people, with his background and interests, could talk on a wide variety of subjects from business to politics, with an understanding and appreciation. Like so many social situations, I only wish that I had made time to sit and talk with him at greater length. Regardless, I am thankful we were able to remain friends for as long as we did. My sympathies are with Anne and her family.
