Obituary of Robbie 'Rob' Bailey

BAILEY: Robbie “Rob” – Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, surrounded by family on Sunday, September 29th, 2013 at the age of 56. A resident of Blenheim, Rob is survived by his mother Bernice Filby (Sam) of Northwood, his brothers Ron Bailey (Anna) of Blenheim,and Randy Bailey (Linda) of Kamloops, B.C.; by his step-sisters Charlene Meredith of Keswick and Chrissie Filby (Fred) of Chatham, step-brother Randy Filby of Toronto, his son Ryan Bailey of Blenheim, Erica Gullekson and Trevor Gudmundson of Alberta and several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews. Rob is survived by his life long friends Grant Smith, Dean Gordon and Jacob Burk. Rob is predeceased by his father, Frank, and his brother Ric (2012). Rob retired from Navistar after 32 years of service. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received for a Celebration of Rob’s life at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
