HAWKE: Patricia Alison. Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Village on the Ridge, Ridgetown on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the age of 86. Born in Vegreville, Alberta, daughter of the late Robert and Gwendoline Maconachie. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Hawke (2006). Loving mother of Phyllis and Kingsley Davidson of Merlin, and Bruce and Mary Lou Hawke of Kamloops, B.C. Devoted grandmother of Amy and Ryan Frampton, Tim and Lyndsay Davidson, and Sarah Hawke. Special great-grandmother of Meghan Frampton, and Brett and Roy Davidson. Sister of Bob and Sylvia Maconachie, and George and Roline Maconachie, all of Orillia. Sister-in-law of Grace Weaver, Bessie Raymond, and Bill and Lorna Hawke. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pat greatly cherished her family and friends and stayed in touch with so many of them. She was very caring and was genuinely interested in the lives of each and every person that she knew. This caring nature was returned to her so many times over in the past few years by the wonderfully caring staff at the Village on the Ridge. Pat valued being a member of the Church of the Advent (Anglican), Ridgetown and was faithfully visited by several members. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 10:30-12:30 p.m. Funeral Service will immediately follow at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Interment in Pardoville-Union Cemetery.
