LUCIO: Elsie Laura. A resident of Chatham and formerly of Ridgetown, Elsie Lucio passed away at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the age of 93. Born in Orford Township, daughter of the late Adiel and Eugenia (Naessens) Neutens. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Victor Lucio (1988). Dear mother of Dan Lucio and his wife Marianne of Chatham, Robert Lucio and his wife Mila of Belle River, Dolores Hall and her husband Steve of Chatham, and the late Victor Lucio (2011) and his wife Wanda of Ridgetown. Grandmother of Melanie Challe, Nathan Lucio, Laura Alliet, and Trevor Alliet. Great-grandmother of 9 and great-great-grandmother of 5. Sister of Evonne Bulckaert of Chatham and her late husband Ben (2009), and the late Maurice Neutens (2009). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Elsie was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Ridgetown and C.W.L., and the Ridgetown Seniors Centre. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish & C.W.L. Prayers at the Funeral Home on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 26 George St., Ridgetown on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Ridgetown.
