Obituary of Beatrice Florence Couture

COUTURE: Beatrice Florence “Bea” (nee Jubenville) - A resident of Blenheim, and formerly of Dover Township, Bea Couture passed away at the Blenheim Community Village on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the age of 96. Born in Dover Township, Bea was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Peck) Jubenville. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Joseph Couture (1987). Loving mother of Bill Couture (Lucy) of Blenheim, Jack Couture (Cheryl) of Hepworth and Kevin Couture (Donna) of Ridgetown. Predeceased by her daughter Grayce Couture (2005). Proud grandmother of Christopher Couture (Jo-Ellen) of Blenheim, Connie Jenner (Floyd) of Blenheim, Erin Couture of Ridgetown, John Couture (Jenn) of Chatham, Susie Allemeersch (Chad) of Chatham and Rob Couture of Garland, Texas. Great-grandmother of Beckie Jenner, Nathan Jenner, Burke Couture and Zachary Couture. Dear sister to the late Myrtle Garbutt (Jim) and Hilliard Jubenville (Mae). Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Bea was a lifelong member of the St. Mary’s CWL. She was an avid bridge player and card player, and she loved spending time with her family. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 7:00p.m. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Blenheim. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations made in memory of Bea to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
