Obituary of Elizabeth Jean Bresler

BRESLER: Elizabeth “Jean” (nee Nancarrow) – A resident of Rondeau, and formerly of Redford Township, MI, Jean Bresler passed away at the Village on the Ridge in Ridgetown on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the age of 86. Born in Highland Park, MI, Jean was the daughter of the late Albert and Angelina (Clifton) Nancarrow. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Louis “Bud” Bresler (2002). Loving mother to Linda Bresler of Westland, MI and Robert Bresler (Wendy) of New Hudson, MI. Predeceased by her infant son Ronald Bresler (1964). Proud grandmother of Sara Anderson (Brian) of South Lyon, MI, Amanda Bresler of New Hudson, MI, Daniel Bresler of New Hudson, MI and Rebecca Anderson of Westland, MI. Great-grandmother to Lillian and Luke Anderson. Dear “sister” to Clara Stocker of Onstead, MI. Jean and Bud had bought their cottage just outside Rondeau Park in 1951. They permanently retired here in 1985. Jean was a member of a Detroit Chapter of the Eastern Star and a member of the Morpeth Heritage Club. Family will receive friends at Emmanuel Congretational Church, 92 Erie St. N., Ridgetown on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Tim Lukings officiating. Family interment to be held at Acacia Cemetery in Beverly Hills, MI at a later date.
