KAY: Lorna. A resident of Chatham, Lorna Kay, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Friday, October 5, 2012 at the age of 87. Born in Raleigh Township, daughter of the late Walter & Florence Pepper. Beloved wife to the late Albert (Bert) Kay (1995). Loving mother to Kenneth & Cinda Kay, David & Janet Kay, Kathy & Kevin Doyle, and Karen Ouellette. Grandmother to Jaymz (Laura), Jeffrey (Christina), and Perry Kay, Stacey (Heidi) Kay, Sarah (Dave) Burk, Karly (Sean) Riegling, and Kaitlyn Doyle. Great-Grandmother to Aimee, Adam, and Alexandria Kay, Brady, and Kameron Kay, Mikaylah, and Natalee Burk, Sophie Riegling. Survived by brother-in-law Al Swance of Blenheim and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Rose (Richards) Swance (2012), son-in-law Rick Ouellette (1994), and grandson Chad Smith (2006). Lorna was a maternity nurse for over 35 years at St. Josephs and the Public General Hospital. Family to receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. James Brown officiating. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
