UHLIK: Jerry Joseph. A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Harwich Township, Jerry Uhlik passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Lillian A.(Tomecek) Uhlik for 54 years. Dear father of Dennis Uhlik and wife Beth of Woodstock, Ken Uhlik of Chatham, and Linda Snow and husband Kevin of Comber. Grandfather of Derek Uhlik, Amanda Ecker (Bill), Heather Snow, and Kayla Snow. Brother of Frances Gazarek (late husband Martin) of R.R.#2, Kent Bridge, Lillian Ball and husband Murray of R.R.#3, Chatham, and the late Ed Uhlik and wife Martha. Brother-in-law of the late Mary Cibulka and her husband John Cibulka of Dresden, and Charlie Tomecek and wife Mary Lou Downs of Chatham. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was a member of St. Mary’s Church, Blenheim, and a longtime farmer in Harwich Township. He drove for Preferred Trucking in Chatham for over 20 years. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 7:00-9:00 p.m. with Parish Prayers on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Hall, 94 George Street, Blenheim, on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr.
