Van Esbroeck, Edmund Aloysius, a resident of Chatham. Edmund ‘Ed’ Van Esbroeck died peacefully on Thursday January 12, 2012 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 87. Born in The Netherlands, son of the late Edward & Emily (Borm) Van Esbroeck. Beloved husband of Ann (Jans) Van Esbroeck and the late Josepha (Mangnus)(1969). Dear father of Richard & Giuliana Van De Wal, North Bay and Kenneth & Carolin Van De Wal, London. Grandfather of Lianne & Brad Edgar & Samantha, North Bay and Ravaye & Brianne, London. Brother of August & Diane Van Esbroeck, Belgium; Louisa Denys, Chatham and the late Alois Van Esbroeck (2010); Theo Van Esbroeck (2003); Agnes Van Esbroeck (1936) and Maria Van Esbroeck (1978). Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday January 16, 2012 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Fr. Daniel Bombardier celebrant. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
