CRAWFORD: Judith ‘Judy’ Louise (nee Stover) - A resident of Cedar Springs, Judy Crawford passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the age of 65. Born in Harwich Township, Judy was the daughter of the late Ernest and Nellie (Pilon) Stover. Longtime beloved spouse of Robert Peel. Loving mother of Cathy Crawford of Chatham and Mike Crawford of Windsor. Loving step-mother to Doug Peel of Cedar Springs. Proud grandmother of Carrie Lynn Peel of London. Dearly missed by her sisters Sally Mandeno of Chatham and Carol Korpela (Walt) of Calgary. Judy is survived by her stepfather Clayt Mervin (Gloria) of Blenheim and her sisters-in-law Margaret Crawford of Blenheim and Kathy Snelgrove of Wallaceburg. Also missed by several nieces and nepews. Predeceased by her sister Marilyn Latner, her brother-in-law Al Latner and her nephew Jeff Korpela. In accordance with Judy’s wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. Donations made in memory of Judy to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
