Obituary of Beth Caron

CARON: Beth. A resident of Ridgetown, Mary Elizebeth (Beth) Caron passed away at her home on Monday June 28, 2010 at the age of 55. Born in Chatham, daughter of Gilles Verbeem and the late Adrienne (Selis) Verbeem (2010). Beloved wife of Marc Caron. Loved mother of Jeffrey and his wife Hailey Caron of Ridgetown and Sister Bernadette (Jennifer) Caron of Cambridge. Devoted Gramma of Trevor, Alyssa and Joel. Dear sister of Janet and her husband Bev Doyle of Chatham, Julie and her husband Gary Hendsbee of Pictou, Nova Scotia and Paula Brady of Chatham. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Beth was a partner with her husband in Padgett Business Services in Ridgetown. She was a devoted and valued member of many Christian organizations including St. Michael’s Parish, Ridgetown where she served on the Parish Council. She was also involved in St. Vincent de Paul, Ridgetown, the Kent Cursillo, and the Discalced Carmelite Secular Order. She was involved in a number of youth ministries and many humanitarian causes. The Caron Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown. on Thursday July 1, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Ridgetown on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Greg Mulligan the celebrant. Parish Prayers at the Funeral Home on Thursday 7:00 p.m. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Ridgetown.
