Obituary of Gordon C. Crouchman

CROUCHMAN: Gordon C. – A resident of Chatham Township, Gordon Crouchman passed away at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at the age of 88. Born in Chatham Township, Gordon was the son of the late Harold and Eliza (Thorpe) Crouchman. Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty” (Bates) Crouchman. Loving father of Karen Lynn Chapple and her husband Wayne of Chatham Township. Proud grandfather of Wyatt Gordon Chapple (Jessica Beaulieu). Gordon had lived and farmed in Chatham Township all his life. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1692 in Chatham and played with the Tigers Euchre Team in Wallaceburg for many years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Friday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2010 with the Rev. Paul Millward officiating. Cremation to follow with an interment to be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
