Obituary of Teresa Carroll

CARROLL, Teresa Margaret - A resident of Riverview Gardens, Chatham, Teresa Carroll passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the age of 93. Born in Downeyville, Ontario, daughter of the late John and Catherine O’Neill. Beloved wife of the late Clare Carroll. Loving mother of Lois & Garreth Minnie of Oshawa, Jack & Janette Carroll of Chatham, Stephen & Diane Carroll of Chatham and Gail & John Clark of Kingston. Teresa will be missed by her ten grandchildren Sheila Minnie - Laplante, Michael Minnie, Kelly – Anne Appleton, Jacqueline Schofield, Ron Carroll, Mark Carroll, Lynn Carroll, Laura Clark, Michael Clark and Matthew Clark. Cherished great grandmother of 15. Teresa is survived by her brother Hubert (Margaret) O’Neill of Oshawa and sisters Bernadine (Robert) Schlottman of Florida, and Roseanne ( Neil) Doherty of Georgia. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Thanks to Riverview Gardens Staff on 2 East especially Lisa and Shirley for their compassion and loving care of our mother. Visitation for Teresa will take place on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St. Chatham from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 4, 2010 at St. Agnes Church 55 Croydon St Chatham, Fr. Daniel Bombardier celebrant. Interment at St. Luke’s Cemetery, Downeyville will take place on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
