Obituary of Gladys Mae Wencel-Pugsley

Wencel-Pugsley, Gladys Mae, a resident of Chatham and formerly Aylmer. Gladys Wencel-Pugsley passed away Friday December 4, 2009 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 78. Born in Rhineland, Ontario daughter of the late Harvey & Rita (Foster) Langohr. Beloved wife of the late Joe Wencel (1959). Dear mother of Bonnie DeKoster, St Thomas; Brian Wencel & his wife Janet, Aylmer; Brenda Foster & her partner Gary Brown, Chatham; Debra Browning, Chatham; Nina Harris, Chatham; Rich Fennema, St Thomas; Lisa (Pugsley) Clements & her husband Louis, Chatham and the late Barry Pugsley (2006). Grandmother of several grandchildren & great grandchildren. Predeceased by grandsons Justin (1997) & Chris (1995). Sister of Helen Bilger, Tillsonburg and the late Acel , Foster (Fuzz), Kenneth & Donald Langohr. Also missed by her special companion, her cat Griz. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Sunday December 6, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Arthur Schiemann officiating.
