CAMPBELL: Norman John Russell - A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Red Deer, Alberta, Norman Campbell passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009 at the age of 82. Born in Windsor to his late parents John and Laura Campbell. Loving father of Bruce Campbell (Helene) of Victoria, B.C., Beverley Cattoor (Rick) of Chatham, Blair Campbell of Lacombe, Alberta, Nancy Thompson (John) of Blackfalds, Alberta and Donald Campbell (Julie) of Edmonton, Alberta. Predeceased by his infant son Donald. Dear friend to Katherine St. Williams of Chatham. Proud grandfather of Shane Campbell, Tana Campbell, Arlene Cattoor, Russell Cattoor, Tina Campbell, Ryan Campbell, Shelly Thompson, Dianna Campbell, Brian Campbell, Joelle Campbell, Mariah Campbell and Devin Campbell. Great-grandfather of Krista, Dylan and Destiny Campbell. Predeceased by his sister Betty Bremner. Norman had served proudly in the Navy, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 628. As per his wishes, Norman’s earthly remains will be donated to science.
