Obituary of Fred Tremblay

A resident of Chatham, Fred Tremblay died at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the age of 58. Born in Chatham, son of the late Hector and Eva (Drouillard) Tremblay. Beloved husband of Heather (Hartley) Tremblay for 34 years. Loving father of Joe Tremblay of London. Brother of Betty Marentette of Chatham, Madeleine Dozois and her husband Larry of Sarnia, Thelma Pinsonneault-Paget and her husband Mac of Chatham and the late Tom Tremblay (1982). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Fred was a salesman with Western Equipment in Chatham for over 40 years and a member of the St. Agnes Council of the Knights of Columbus. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.Knights of Columbus Prayers at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2006 from the Funeral Home with Pastor Gordon Reynolds. Cremation to follow. Donations, made by cheque, to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the London Health Sciences Centre appreciated.
