MacAlpine, Helen Jean Helen Jean MacAlpine (nee McGuire) resident of Chatham passed away peacefully at home on May 1, 2016, in her 89th year. She and her much loved husband Evan, of 66 years of marriage, lived for many years on the farm in Dawn Township. They gave immeasurable help in hard times. Helen was predeceased by son Bruce, and grandson Matthew. She is survived by husband Evan, sons Neil (Colleen), Donald (Patti), Malcolm (September), James (Helen) and daughter in law Sue.
