EADINGER: Margaret (nee Gillings)- A resident of Ridgetown, Margaret Eadinger passed away peacefully at the Village on the Ridge, Ridgetown on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the age of 96. Born in Ridgetown, Margaret was the daughter of the late Eli and Mary Jane (Fisher) Gillings. Beloved wife of the late John Eadinger (1944). Dear mother to John (Jane) Eadinger of Port Dover and Peggy Neutens of Ridgetown. Predeceased by her son-in-law Henry Neutens (2009). Proud grandmother of Christine (Jeff) Small of Paris, ON, John Eadinger of Hamilton, ON, Mary Margaret “Meg” (Fraser) Hetherington of London, ON, Jon (Kim) Neutens of Cochrane, AB and Michael Neutens of London, England. Great-grandmother to Benjamin, Grace, Matthew, Ethan, Ronan, Rebecca, Dylan, Wesley and Myles. Predeceased by her brothers Gordon, George and Roy Gillings. Margaret enjoyed spending her summers at Rondeau Park, where she was active at the Rondeau dance pavilion and enjoyed spending time with her family for many years. She was an active member of the Church of the Advent for many years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Friday, June 21, 2013 from 12:30 until the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. John Maroney and Rev. Gary Parker officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Donations made in memory of Margaret to the Church of the Advent, Ridgetown or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
