LABADIE: Molly. A long time resident of Chatham, Molly Labadie died peacefully at Chatham Retirement Resort on Tuesday April 23, 2013 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Bud Labadie (2001). Loving mother of Robert & Linda Luff of Hudson, Quebec, Beth & John Mailhiot of Ridgetown, and the late Dave Luff (1996). Cherished grandmother of Kevin Luff (Heather) of Oakville, Kristen Pugsley (Michael) of Quebec, Karla Achkar (Tony) of Quebec, Geoffrey Luff (Nicole) of Belle River, Colleen Gorlick (Duane) of Chatham, Nicole Preston (Mark) of Ridgetown, and Lauren Mailhiot of Ridgetown. Proud great grandmother of 20 great grandchildren; Matt, Breanne, Lauren, Justin, Shayla, Kaya, Jonah, Alyssa, Olivia, Rachel, Erik, Isaac, Abbey, Emily, Alexis, Jason, Jade, Alexandra, Carter, and MacKenzie. Dear sister of Mildred Brady of Port Elgin, and predeceased by several siblings. Molly will be fondly remembered by her dear sister-in-law Betty Turner of Wallaceburg, as well as several nieces and nephews. Family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation to Molly’s extended family--the staff & residents of Chatham Retirement Resort. Words cannot possibly convey how important you were to her in the past 12 years. Family will gather privately at a later date for a graveside service at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
