Obituary of Olga Keech

KEECH: Olga (nee Iwanchun) - A resident of Ridgetown, Olga Keech passed away at the Blenheim Community Village on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the age of 76. Born in Rochfort Bridge, Alberta, Olga was the daughter of the late Mike and Martha (Taschuk) Iwanchun. Beloved wife of the late Donald Roy Keech (2005). Loving mother of Randy Keech (2005) (Deb), Cheryl Kuyvenhoven (Peter) and Michael Keech. Proud grandmother of Jesse Keech (Frances), Kalin Keech (Chad Aasen) and Johanna Kuyvenhoven and step grandmother to Kim Kuyvenhoven, Peter “PJ” Kuyvenhoven (Lana). Great Baba to 5 ½ great-grandchildren. Dear sister to John Iwanchun (Loretta) and Vicky Fraser (Gary). Also missed by the Keech family, nieces, nephews and friends. Olga was member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Branch #243 Ridgetown for more than 10 years. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street E., Ridgetown on Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00p.m. and on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Legion Auxiliary Service to be held Thursday at 7:00 p.m. A celebration of Olga’s life will be at the Funeral Home, 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013 with Rev. Wanda Burse officiating. Interment to follow at Botany Cemetery, Howard Township. Donations made in memory of Olga to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Parkinson Society Canada would be appreciated.
