LOZON: Ronald Mickael "Ron" -
A resident of Chatham, Ron Lozon passed away unexpectedly at the Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the age of 63.
Beloved husband of the late Mary Lou Carrothers (2022).
Loving father of Candy Carrothers, Joanne Greaves, Christine Barker (Rob). Father-in-law to Lana Timms.
Beloved Papa to Amanda Heathcoate (Johnathon), Tosha Carrothers (Dan), Ashley Melnyk (Danny), Alisa Timms, Christopher Timms, Megan Greaves (Mike), Billy Greaves, Nicholas Walters and Payton Walters and Mickael Barker.
Great-Papa to Evin Jurgensen, Emma Jurgensen, Alanna Arthurs, Johnathon Heathcote Jr., Owen Heathcote, Aria Arthurs, Jaxson Johnson, Addison Heathcote and Carter Johnson.
Brother to Garry Lozon (Patricia), Murray Lozon (Sandra) and Rob Lozon (Sharon).
Brother-in-law to Calvin Carrothers (late Doris), Russell Vander (Shari), Fred Vander (Anita), Rick Carrothers, Sharon Welch, Isabel Vander (Hans), Annette Vander (Paul).
Predeceased by his parents Hector and Florence (Haskell) Lozon, his son Chris "Crow" Carrothers and grandsons Joshua and Cody Barker.
Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Also missed by many friends and extended family.
Ron had a heart of gold and was known to take care of all of his girls. He will be remembered for his patience, the "Papa point" and the devotion and love he had for Mary Lou. It was a rare case of true love.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
A Celebration of Ron's Life will be held at 11:00am on Friday, July 15, 2022. Cremation to follow with an interment to be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Ron to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
