Paul Campbell

Obituary of Paul Campbell

Campbell; Paul William

A lifelong farmer of RR#3 Chatham, Paul Campbell passed away on Friday July 8th , 2022, at Chatham-
Kent Health Alliance.

He was born in Chatham 54 years ago on November 15th, 1967, son of the late Lyle
and Doris (Button) Campbell.

Beloved husband of 31 years to Janet (McFadden) Campbell.

Loving father of Stephanie & Alex Richardson and Sarah Campbell.

Proud Poppy of Scarlett Richardson, who he fondly referred to as “Little BooBoo”.

Dear brother of Larry & Susan Campbell, David (late) & Margaret Campbell.

Cherished brother-in-law of Cherie & Sam Janovicek and Lorie & Garland Webster.

He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Paul was a man of many talents, growing up on the farm, always helping with livestock or in the fields
before going off to Ag School in Ridgetown. Upon graduating and working for another local farm, Paul
went home to farm with his father and brother Larry, while starting and running his own trucking
company. With his love and vast knowledge of old tractors, he had quite a collection of old Cockshutt
and Oliver tractors; earning him the nickname Ollie. He was passionate about his life’s work, and always
found time to give back to the community. He was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand to
anyone who needed it. Paul loved to joke and tease; if he was giving you a hard time, that was high
praise.
