Binns: Ian Norman
A resident of Chatham, Ian Binns passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the age of 73.
Born in England, he was the son of Stanley and Phyllis (nee Turner) Binns.
Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Cartmer).
Dear father of Heidi (John) Auger of Barrie, Andrew (Brandi) Binns of Chatham, and Robert Binns of Chatham.
Remembered always by his grandchildren, Kamryn, Joshua, Julia & Isabella.
Missed by his brothers; John (Roula) Binns of Thorold, and Paul Binns of Toronto.
Ian worked for a few years as a Greek & Latin School Teacher and later worked for many years as an Accountant in Newmarket. He was an avid listener of classical music and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
As per Ian's wishes, cremation has taken place.
