Betty was passionate about textiles and had a serious case of the 'Quilting Bug'. She treasured her time at the Chatham and Sarnia Quilter's Guilds where she had many friends.

During her retirement, Betty enjoyed her time working at RB Fabrics and Fabricland, where she was able to truly do what she loved: to teach and 'talk' sewing. Later she went on to teach quilting in her home studio.

Betty had a strong, quiet faith that she modelled in her daily life. She was a member of Thames Christian Fellowship.

Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
