Houston (Meredith), Tanya Lynn (nee Jenner)
A resident of Chatham, Tanya Houston peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, June 25, 2018 at the London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Campus in her 57th year after a long battle with cancer.
Tanya was the daughter of Harvey & Marg Jenner of Charing Cross.
Beloved wife of Allon "Al" Meredith for 17 years.
Loving step-mother of Chase Meredith of Chatham.
Sister of Mike & Tracey Jenner of Charing Cross.
Aunt of nieces, nephews and great-aunt of great-nieces & great-nephews.
Tanya was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Washington Redskins & the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Family to receive friends on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm. at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Tanya's life will be held at the Merlin Legion on Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to wear their favourite sports jerseys in memory of Tanya.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Diagnostic Imaging or the Canadian Cancer Society.
