Cameron: Lois Jean A resident of Chatham, Lois Jean Cameron passed away on January 5, 2015 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. She was born in Chatham Township, 91 years ago on May 20, 1923, daughter of the late David and Daisy (McNeilage) Cameron. Dear sister of Evelyn Cameron of Chatham, Grace & John Reade of Dresden, and the late Harold Cameron, Allan & Dorothy Cameron. Sister-in-law Janet Cameron of Dresden. Cherished aunt of Bill Cameron, Elaine & Allan Cajka, David & Cheryl Cameron, Ann & Richard Caryn, Sandra & Iain Strump, Laurie & Craig McEwan, and their families. Predeceased by nephews Alan and Kerry Reade, and niece Cathy. Lois worked for many years at Eatons Department Store in Chatham. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Thursday January 8, 2015. A Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 12:00 noon. with Rev. Tyler Powell of Sprucedale United Church officiating. A private family interment will take place at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham later in the afternoon.
