LUCIER: A resident of Grande Pointe, Yvonne Marie Lucier passed away at Copper Terrace, Chatham on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at the age of 83. Born in Pain Court, daughter of the late Adolphe and Delia (Caron) Roy. Beloved wife of the late Felix Lucier (1996). Dear mother of Robert and Connie Lucier of Burlington, Rosaire and Carole Lucier of Dover Centre, Claudette Lucier of Burlington, and the late Marc Lucier (1994). Grandmother of Rob and Kelli Lucier, Greg and Karine Lucier, Jean Paul and Patricia Lucier, and Brian and Nicole Lucier. Great-grandmother of Zachary, Elza, Nicole, Nolan, Morgan, and Max Lucier. Sister of Caroline Laprise of Chatham, Loretta Roy of Ottawa, Anne and Roger Barrette of Ottawa, Ralph and Theresa Roy of Chatham, and the late Leontine Roy, Bernard Roy, Edmond Roy (Yvette of Pain Court), and Raymond Vincent Roy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lucier was a member of St. Philippe's Church, Grande Pointe. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Saturday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.Parish Prayers will be offered at the Funeral Home on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Philippe's Catholic Church, Grande Pointe on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Philippe's Cemetery, Grande Pointe.
