Suitor: Bette Aloha (Carr)
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Bette at her home on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 90.
Born in Raleigh Township, Bette was the daughter of the late Archie and Mary Jane (Eves) Carr.
Beloved wife of the late Austin (Ozzie) Suitor (1997).
Loving mother of Bev Suitor (Elaine), Nancy Svabsky (Jim Shine), Terry Johnson, Wendy Myers (Ron) and Barry Suitor (JoAnn).
Dear sister of Colleen and the late Royce Buchan.
Bette will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Chad, Jeremy, Kristie, Matthew, Lori, Karen, Craig, Lauren, Stacie and Ryan. Sadly missed by 9 great-grandchildren.
Bette is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As requested by Bette cremation has taken place and there will be a private family graveside interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham, Ontario. Friends and family are welcome to attend a reception to Celebrate Bette's Life which will be held at the Links of Kent 120 Indian Creek Rd W, Chatham, ON on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 12:00pm.
Donations made in memory of Bette to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
