Bennell: Murray A resident of Ridgetown, Murray Bennell, passed away peacefully with his loving daughter Sara Bennell by his side at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the age of 74 . Born in Ridgetown on June 29, 1941, son of the late Thomas Sr. & Grace Bennell. Beloved husband to Robin (nee Warnock). Survived by brother, Thomas Bennell, Jr. of Ridgetown, two sisters, Grace Stirling of New Scotland, Audrey Campbell of Windsor. Predeceased by his brother Alan Bennell. Forever missed by his nieces and nephews Brian, Glen and Douglas Stirling, David and Kathy Campbell. Murray designed and created steam locomotives and instructed many on how to build one. He was a member Bluewater Model Engineering Club, Sarnia. Survived by numerous friends who shared his journey down the track. Special thanks to all who were involved in his journey and care. Murray has donated his body to the Schulich Anatomy & Cell Biology Department at Western University.
