Obituary of Raymond Toulouse

A resident of Chatham, Raymond (Ray) J. Toulouse died on Sunday, June 11, 2006 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Meda (Faubert) Toulouse and the late Agnes (Magee) Toulouse. Loving father of Mary Elaine Toulouse, Janice Dawson and her partner Bernie Caron, Debra Hawes and her partner Jeff Heckler, Susan Webster, all of Chatham, Randy Toulouse and his friend Sherry, Terry Toulouse, all of Blenheim, Jamie Toulouse and his wife Kim of R.R.#4 Chatham and predeceased by son Dan (Campbell) Toulouse (1997). Grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ina and Brian Eby of Listowel and predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law Mary Jane and Bernard Murphy. Ray was a member of Branch 28, Royal Canadian Legion and served in the Royal Canadian Navy. He was previously employed by Glover's Dairy and retired from Navistar in 1976. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Legion Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2006 from the Funeral Home with Rev. Paul McPhail officiating. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
