Obituary of Clarence Gammage

GAMMAGE: A resident of Chatham, Clarence Lawrence Gammage passed away at Thamesview Lodge, Chatham on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at the age of 86. Born in Harwich Township, son of the late William and LaBeatrice (Want) Gammage. Clarence is survived by sisters Irene Brisley of Kent Bridge, Edith (Douglas) Gillier of Thamesville, brothers Roy Gammage of Chatham, and Earl (June) Gammage of Cedar Springs. Also survived by his aunt Evelyn Walne of St. Thomas and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by twin brother Charles Gammage and Thomas Gammage, sister-in-law Ann Gammage, and brother-in-law Harvey Brisley. Clarence is resting at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main St. East, Ridgetown on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, March 6, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. with Lieuts. Phyllis & Filipe Vega officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations by cheque to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
